Physics. Design. Business.

I started with Physics — not because I wanted to be a scientist, but because I was obsessed with understanding how systems work. What holds things together. What breaks first. What the real constraint is when something isn't performing.

That obsession led me to design. I discovered you could apply systems thinking to how people experience a business — that the gap between a brand that grows and one that stalls is often invisible to the people inside it.

Most businesses don't fail because of bad products. They fail because of broken systems.

After the MIT UX bootcamp and nearly a decade of working with startups, foundations, and international brands across Nigeria, the UK, and Equatorial Guinea, I kept seeing the same pattern. Revenue stalling. Customers not returning. Founders working hard with nothing to show for it. Nine times out of ten, it wasn't a marketing problem. It was a systems problem.

The MBA closed the loop — connecting design and operational thinking to commercial outcomes. Revenue, margins, retention, efficiency. Now I operate at the intersection of all three: science, design, and commercial strategy.

I work best with businesses already generating revenue who are serious about structured growth. Not looking for a quick fix. Looking for someone who will diagnose before prescribing — and stay until it works.

Rebuild the brand, customer journey, and operating logic around real performance — not around how things have always been done.

Support through implementation, training, and handover. Not just a strategy document. Practical follow-through.
A note on fit: I work best with businesses already generating revenue who are serious about structured growth. If you want a quick fix or a cheap logo, I'm genuinely not the right person — and I'd rather say that now.
