When Joy Nwaosa first approached me,
she had a vision as rich and vibrant as the flavors of her dishes.
Her dream was to establish Chop Chop by Nanyaa, a brand that would become
synonymous with authentic African cuisine while capturing the hearts of
customers through exceptional service and unforgettable meals.
However, the challenges were significant.
Joy needed more than just a logo—she needed a full
strategy to solidify her brand, optimize financial decisions,
and create a memorable customer experience. Over the course of two years,
I worked closely with her to turn Chop Chop into the thriving business it is today.
The goal was clear: establish Chop Chop as a household name in African cuisine. However, Joy faced several challenges:
The logo design was the foundation of Chop Chop's brand. I chose a circular emblem featuring Joy’s warm and welcoming face—a nod to the authenticity and personal touch behind every meal. The rustic font style exuded a sense of homemade comfort, while the circular design symbolized community and togetherness.

Over two years, Chop Chop grew into a recognized name in African cuisine,
serving over 1,000 clients. Our branding and advisory services helped streamline operations,
attract a loyal customer base, and optimize financial decisions.
Today, Chop Chop by Nanyaa stands as a testament to the power of strategic design and thoughtful execution.
This project was a joy to work on (pun intended!).
Helping Joy turn her dream into a reality through design and strategy was a
rewarding experience that showcased the power of blending creativity with business acumen.
