ARNE Digital operates three different businesses under one company. Each business had its own operating rhythm, cash-flow demands and customer base, but the company lacked a unified way to understand performance across the group.
My contribution
Moving from diagnosis into execution.
I serve as fractional CFO for ARNE Digital as part of an ongoing Boltzmenn engagement. The work includes monthly financial operations and oversight across the three businesses, alongside business planning that treats the units as parts of one company rather than disconnected ventures.
