The situation

The problem underneath the brief.

The food itself already generated loyalty. The commercial weakness was everything around it: the brand and packaging were not giving customers a reason to remember, share or visibly advocate for the product.

My contribution

Moving from diagnosis into execution.

Through Boltzmenn, I was part of a full identity and packaging rebuild spanning the visual system, logomark and physical customer touchpoints, followed by brand guidelines to preserve consistency.

What changed

What the work made possible.

The business has served more than 1,000 customers, and the founder reports that customers now routinely compliment the branding and packaging.
