The situation

The problem underneath the brief.

Kolbrahams went quiet after its founder passed away. Much of the business had depended on his personal relationships, instincts and knowledge, with no formal handover plan or operating structure that could simply be inherited.

My contribution

Moving from diagnosis into execution.

Through Boltzmenn, I was part of an eight-month relaunch that rebuilt the identity and introduced a formal client-acquisition approach. The goal was not to recreate the founder’s old way of operating, but to build a business the next generation could actively grow.

What changed

What the work made possible.

Within six months of relaunch, Kolbrahams secured its first three international clients and expanded operations into Abuja.
